Mutations
Dinosaurs can receive mutations through a few means. Those namely being inbreeding and being passed down from parents. Various eggs may also hatch mutations. Mutations can be both good or bad, or even both at the same time depending on the owner and the effects the mutation has on their dinosaur. Mutations occur at different levels of inbreeding, so it's important to look at which level these mutations will occur at.
